We built Castelli to bridge the gap between high-touch service and organized execution. Whether you’re managing a loved one’s estate, downsizing, or preparing a home for market, our goal is to make the process easier—respectful, practical, and clearly managed from start to finish.

Co-Founder & Strategic Lead

With a background as CEO of private equity-backed businesses, Mike brings strategic planning and hands-on execution to every estate project. His approach combines pricing strategy, project coordination, and practical problem-solving with respect for the emotional nature of estate transitions.

Mike handles project planning, pricing, negotiations, and client guidance—keeping the scope clear and the work moving.

He’s also the one you’ll likely see at 7 a.m. loading a U-Haul—with a smile and a label maker.

Andria Boulanger

Andria is the engine behind Castelli. With a background in event marketing and large-scale convention management, she brings organization, people skills, and promotional know-how to every project.

She oversees cleanout logistics, e-commerce sales, social media, and branding—and she’s often the first person a client speaks to. From the first consultation to the day-to-day details, Andria brings warmth, practical insight, and steady follow-through.
